Service Policy & Customer Agreement
By signing up for KandooKans service, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 
 
- 
Service Commitment
- Monthly and Bi-Monthly Plans: Require a minimum of three (3) completed cleanings before cancellation is permitted.
 
- Quarterly and Bi-Annual Plans: Require a minimum of two (2) completed cleanings before cancellation is permitted.
 
- Annual Plans: Require a minimum of one (1) completed cleaning before cancellation is permitted.
 
  
 
 
- 
First Cleaning Schedule
Your first bin cleaning will be completed within three (3) to five (5) garbage pickup days of your completed sign-up. 
You will receive a notification via email or text after your cleaning has been completed, confirming that your service has been performed.
 
  
 
- 
Bin Placement
Bins must be placed curbside on your scheduled cleaning day unless you reside in an area where curbside pickup is not available.
 
  
 
- 
Bin Preparation
Please ensure bins are free of debris, paint, oils, and other liquids prior to service. Additional fees may apply if bins are not in an acceptable condition for cleaning.
 
  
 
- 
Health & Safety
Bins containing feces or cat litter cannot be serviced and may result in additional fees or skipped service.
 
  
 
- 
Weather & Accessibility
In cases of severe weather, road closures, or blocked access, service may be rescheduled to the next available cleaning day. 
If bins are not accessible (e.g., behind gates, vehicles, or other obstructions), the service may be skipped and counted as completed for that cycle.
 
  
 
- 
Payment & Renewal
- All services are automatically billed upon renewal of your chosen subscription plan.
 
- Subscription renewals occur automatically without prior notification to the customer.
 
- Payments are processed using the card on file at the time of renewal.
 
- If a payment fails due to a declined or expired card, it must be updated within seven (7) days to avoid interruption of service.

To cancel your service, please contact our team directly at (516) 464-1526. 
Cancellations before the minimum required cleanings may be subject to a prorated adjustment or service charge.
